For, Cyan Royal Inn Cusco Hotel, the health and safety of our guests and collaborators is the most important thing for us. Therefore, due to the situation regarding COVID-19, we have implemented the following procedures for immediate response to any alert:

· We have alcohol gel in our reception for the use of guests and collaborators.
· Mandatory use of protection measures for our housekeeping team.
· Breakfasts are Room Service.
· Constant supervision of guests from abroad.

Likewise, we have decided to be flexible in the event of cancellations by our guests.

In this sense, we reaffirm our commitment to permanently supervise the recommendations and protocols of the Ministry of Health of Peru (MINSA) and the World Health Organization (WHO), to ensure the well-being of our guests and provide the necessary assistance against any eventuality.

Finally, in order to minimize risks, we suggest that our guests follow the recommendations given by the WHO and take the necessary precautions if they have been to any of the affected countries.
